Record the placement, period, and timezone. Explain the expected and observed result and the checks already tried. Use reporting actually available to your account. Keep passwords, banking secrets, and customer information out of screenshots.
Separate your approved model and rate from advertised maxima. For payments, separate pending or refunded amounts from approved commission.
