1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and provide truthful, complete, current details. Operate in lawful jurisdictions, follow applicable requirements, and act as an independent contractor without authority to bind the company.
2. Valid sales and commissions
Only valid completed sales qualify. Cancellations, refunds, and fraud are excluded. Chargebacks and refunds may be clawed back, and negative balances may offset later payouts.
DreamMates advertises up to $36 CPA per qualified user or up to 40% lifetime RevShare. These are maximum advertised rates; your approved agreement determines your actual model, rate, and eligible transactions.
Read the eligible purchase scope and CPA event in your approved arrangement. Lifetime RevShare covers eligible subscription and token payments under the terms; terminated accounts are not entitled to later commissions.
3. Attribution
Attribution is last-click with a 30-day cookie window, locked at the referred user's first email login or registration associated with the referral link.
Exceptions require written agreement. A click, registration, eligible purchase, and approved commission are different stages.
4. Payments and self-billing
Billing periods are full calendar months, with NET-15 settlement and a $100 USD minimum payout. Payment methods are PayPal and Wire Transfer. Complete payout details, full name, and postal address must be supplied before the 1st of the month.
Provide changes before the cutoff through the approved channel. Self-billing information is used for that purpose under the existing terms.
5. Promotional restrictions
- No brand bidding, referral incentives, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks.
- No spam, deceptive redirects, content locking, or false brand representation.
- No illegal, exploitative, infringing, or non-consensual material.
- Apply required age gating and platform restrictions.
- Obtain required permission for trademark use in domains, apps, handles, or metadata.
6. Termination and confidentiality
Accounts may be deactivated or terminated for violations or unlawful practices, including pending investigation. Violations can forfeit unpaid commissions. The terms prohibit public disclosure of rates or earnings and allow fraud monitoring and withheld payouts pending investigation.
7. Changes and responsibility
The terms allow program changes with notification of significant changes; continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates. The indemnification clause covers claims and costs arising from affiliate content, traffic sources, non-compliance, infringement, and other specified breaches.
