Prohibited methods
- Brand bidding, including variations and misspellings in paid search.
- Cashback, rewards, or incentives for referral activity.
- Claiming to act for the company without explicit written consent.
- Illegal, harmful, infringing, non-consensual, exploitative material or sexualization of minors.
- Spam, content locking, deceptive redirects, hidden frames, forced clicks, or cookie stuffing.
- Self-referrals or personal purchases presented as eligible sales.
- Unauthorized trademark use in domains, handles, apps, and metadata.
Placement responsibilities
Apply age gating and comply with age-verification, advertising, data-protection, and platform requirements. Keep adult materials away from properties likely to reach children. You remain responsible for promotional activity and third-party rights.
Sales and balances
Only valid completed sales qualify. Cancellations, refunds, and fraud are excluded. Chargebacks and refunds can be clawed back; negative balances can offset future payouts. Suspected fraud can result in withheld payment pending investigation.
