The rule
Attribution is last-click with a 30-day cookie window, locked at the referred user's first email login or registration associated with the referral link.
Window and duration
The click window determines referral eligibility. Lifetime RevShare describes eligible commission duration under your agreement and continuing eligibility. It does not extend the click window.
Prepare a specific question
Record the link version, click timestamp, timezone, and expected event. A registration, repeat visit, or screenshot does not by itself prove commission eligibility. Ask Partner Support about the discrepancy without sharing unnecessary customer data.
